Teamed up this past weekend with M2 Fitness to put on a SUP clinic here in Kona. We started with the basics to standup paddling, including how to choose the right board and paddle, how to paddle faster, how to make buoy turns and how to make paddling a workout! Once on the water I gave some one-on-one training tips, we did a fun board-based workout and finished up with some short, fast sprints. Great job to all the ladies and a big thank you to Mary from M2 Fitness and Kona Boys for the board rentals!
